How do I order online?
Ordering online is easy and secure.
Our website will walk you through placing your order, but here is a preview.
1. Use our search bar or browse by department to find the item you want.
2. Click on the item you want.
3. Read the information on the product page and select from the available sizes and customization options for that item.
4. When you are finished, click Add to Cart.
5. You can adjust the quantity from your cart.
6. Review your order carefully and click the Checkout button.
7. Enter your shipping information. Select the shipping type, click Apply to view the order total, and click Continue.
8. Enter your payment information and any coupon or gift code you wish to use, then click Continue.
Your card will not be charged at this step.
9. Review your order carefully, then submit your order.
Do I have to order online?
We welcome orders via email. You can send a list of orders to customer service.
How do I change my order?
You can change or cancel your order at any time before it enters the shipping process.
If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact customer service online chat or send an email to customer service as soon as possible.
If you do not receive a response from us via email confirming your order changes, we may not have made the changes yet.
Once your order enters the shipping process, we cannot change, cancel or correct your order in any way.
What should I do if my order does not arrive?
If your order does not arrive as expected, please contact us.
Items may be lost in transit. We will resend a new package at no charge.
Do you accept custom uniform orders?
We welcome team and corporate orders and are happy to offer volume discounts.
We realize that your uniforms reflect your team, which is why your on-field image is our main focus.
Your representative will work with our team of professional artists to create a personality and look that fits your team.
Whether you choose from our collection of house logos or create your own masterpiece, we will work with you to ensure your team looks as good as possible.
Can I place an order for my retail business?
We welcome corporate orders and are happy to offer volume discounts on our jersey prices.

We do not act as a wholesale distributor for any of the items we sell.
Shipping
When will I receive my order?
Shipping time for most physical addresses is 5 to 15 business days.
The following internal processing procedures will delay the shipping of orders: custom, backorder, and special orders.
Your entire order shipment will be based on the number of shirts in your order,
Typically we will add one shipment for each shipment less than 15 shirts or 3 kg, and one for each shipment over 15 shirts or 3 kg.
Can I ship to a PO Box or Private Box address?
When you add a PO Box shipping address, we can only ship using China Post.
Are any of your items restricted in my country?
All countries regulate the quantity and type of items that can be imported.
Athletic apparel is not generally considered a restricted item, but please check with your local customs agency before ordering.
Can I return an item?
Please contact us before returning an item to get an estimate of your return shipping costs.
What should I do if I am missing an item or received a defective or wrong item?
Please accept our apologies if your order was not processed correctly.
Simply contact us and we will do our best to correct your order in the most efficient manner.
We can usually resend a new jersey free of charge.
Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us within 30 days of receiving the package for a full refund.
No matter what the reason you are not satisfied with your purchase.
Please feel free to contact us first and have the item shipped to the correct address in a saleable condition.
(We only accept returned jerseys without customized badges, names or numbers)

1. You can return your purchase to us within 30 days from the date of receipt.
2. The product must be in saleable condition and in the original box and/or packaging.
3. For second-hand items, we provide you with a 30-day limited warranty. After that, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty policy.
4. Once we receive your returned package, our fulfillment center will inspect it.
We will process your refund and automatically credit your credit card or original payment method within 2 days.
5. Please contact us to avoid delays in refund processing.
How to care for your jersey?
1. Many details on the jersey top and shorts are heat-transferred, and we recommend that you wash them by hand.
Because machine washing will damage the print. If you use a machine to wash, please turn the jersey inside out.
2. Do not wash the printed or printed areas vigorously, and avoid exposing the jersey to sunlight for a long time. In addition, please put the jersey away when not wearing it.
3. If the print falls off, lay the jersey flat, cover the letters and numbers with a clean non-stick plastic sheet or template, iron at 150° for 7-8 seconds, if it doesn't work, iron again.
Note: Do not iron the print directly.
How do I make a video review to get a cash coupon?
